All orders are shipped depend on the distance, but we will try to send your consignment

at the earliest possible way. 

We work from Monday to Friday.

Our Team will ship you between Monday to Friday.

Otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day.

NOTE: Some of our gems may be out of the office (for example, out at a Jeweler). 

In this case it may take a business day to get the stone back before shipping. 

In this case, the stone will be shipped out within 3 business days of payment being 

received.

All items are bubble wrapped and shipped with either Pakistan Post or other 
reliable Couriers (depending on the item being shipped).
All shipping charges and postage costs are calculated in the checkout before 
payment is finalised.

WRONG OR INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Precious Gems Stone & Co cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect 
or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Should an address be incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes 
responsibility for the entire purchase.
If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed,
then the order will be returned to Precious Gems Stone & Co for reshipment, 
the customer will bear the cost for re-delivery and shipping charges.
To avoid these costs, we recommend you double check your address details to 
ensure that all information provided is correct and in full prior to ordering.
Please ensure your PayPal account details are up to date including your shipping 
address.

Returns And Collections

If you change your mind about the goods, the goods returned must be in their 

original condition, which includes any packaging. The cost of returning the goods 

will be at your cost. 

All goods will be inspected on return. Precious Gems Stone & Co has a 30 day return 

policy and we do not charge a restocking fee.


RETURNS

This section applies to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are 
faulty or you change your mind or need a different size.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to Precious Gems Stone & Co.
Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our office.
Please ensure you package your return items properly to prevent damage to the 
goods or packaging.
We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the

By placing an order for any goods on our Website you are offering to purchase the

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or 

representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from 

postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Precious Gems Stone & Co you must be over 18 years of 

age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. 

Precious Gems Stone & Co retains the right to refuse any order made by you.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and 

accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place 

your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

The cost of foreign goods and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject 

to such changes.

OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming 

receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not 

constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the 

goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent 

has debited your credit or debit card.


PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this 

Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any 

goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give 

you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we 

are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you 

have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be 

charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable 

and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Precious Gems Stone & Co offers discount to our value customer on their first purchase.

Any further conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at 

the time of issue. These T&Cs relate to all Precious Gems Stone & Co promotions, 

competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated). Only one promotion code 

can be used per order.

Precious Gems Stone & Co is able to limit the remedy for a breach of the 

Non-Excludable Provision, then the liability of Precious Gems Stone & Co for breach

Precious Gems Stone & Co option:

in the case of goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent 

goods, the repair of the goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of 

acquiring equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; 

or in the case of services, the supplying of the services again, or the payment of the 

cost of having the services supplied again.

Subject to Precious Gems Stone & Co's obligations under the Non-Excludable 

Provisions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Precious Gems Stone & Co

is not liable for, and no measure of damages will, under any circumstances, 

include: special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages; or damages 

for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or loss or corruption of 

data, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), in equity, under statute, 

under an indemnity, based on fundamental breach or breach of a fundamental term 

or on any other basis, whether or not such loss or damage was foreseeable and even 

if advised of the possibility of the loss or damage.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chroma Gems & Co, its directors, 

officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party 

claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising 

from your use of this Website or your breach of these Terms of Service.

Precious Gems Stone & Co shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time 

and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this 

Website.


INVALIDITY

If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which 

we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of 

Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect.

be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted

Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between the Promotional and General 

Terms and Conditions, the Promotional Terms and Conditions apply.
